Menopause Massage addresses many of the discomforts that women go through as they enter Peri-Menopause, Menopause and Post Menopause.
“Self Massage” had a recent article about the importance of Menopause massage for the changing woman. Hot flashes, skin changes, hormonal fatigue, changes in digestion, hair loss, irritability and mood swings are some of the many symptoms of Menopause.
Clair Miller created this course in 2014 to address her client’s needs and began teaching it at that time. Since then, it has become a popular course.
What you will learn:
- Gentle belly massage with castor oil packs to improve digestion
- Hair and scalp rejuvenation massage
- Facial massage to hydrate the tissue and reduce wrinkles
- Psoas focus to work the kidney and bladder for the winter meridian element
- Reflexology points for organ and hormonal stimulation
- Deep effleurage of the posterior body to complete the session with a soothing and relaxing effect
- Breast massage
- Lymphatic massage of the legs due to increased tendency to swollen legs
- Aromatherapy recipe for Serene Sage and Cool Woman
Class is held from 9am – 5pm both days.
