The following is a complete list of disclosures required by the Higher Education Act. Many disclosures are required to be updated annually.
The updated disclosures can be obtained from the office of the Education Director, Melodie Dembs, or at the links provided below. All enrolled students receive this list in the Student Handbook prior to enrollment. The school is required to send an updated notice annually. Most SSMT students complete their program within one year, however, any student still enrolled after one year will receive an updated list from a current Student Handbook.

Terms and conditions of the Title IV, HEA loans students receive, including information published by the Department.
A description of all the Federal, State, local, private and institutional student financial assistance programs (need based and non-need based) available to students who enroll at the institution.
For each program, information must include:
- Procedures and forms students use to apply for admission or for financial aid
- Student eligibility requirements
- Criteria for selecting recipients from the group of eligible applicants
- Criteria for determining amount of student's award
